彭海生,男,197511月出生,中共黨員,博士研究生,教授,哈爾濱醫科大學大慶校區藥學院院長、藥劑教研室主任。國家自然基金委員會評審專家、國際控釋協會會員、中國神經科學會會員、教育部學位中心評審專家、黑龍江省藥理學會會員、大慶藥學會理事。20087月畢業于哈爾濱醫科大學基礎醫學院,獲神經生物學專業博士學位。曾于2010年到北京大學藥學院訪問學習半年、于2013年到美國艾奧瓦州立大學作為博士后研究2年,主要研究納米給藥系統及其分子機制。參加主持國家級、省級課題9項;共發表科研論文50篇,其中25篇文章發表在《Journal of controlled release IF=7.705)、《Biomaterials》(IF=8.557)、《Nanoscale》(IF=7.394)、《Advanced drug delivery review》(IF=15.038)等專業SCI收錄雜志上,被引用大于300次?,F為《Austin Therapeutics》、《Journal of Biodiversity, Bioprospecting and Development》及《Pharmacologia》等國際雜志的編委。先后獲伏立康唑、米格列奈等5項三類新藥臨床批件;其中鹽酸舍曲林已經上市,年經濟效益為2000萬元。獲省市自然科學學術成果獎二等獎6項;主編《藥劑學實驗》、《組織學技術》等協編教材3部。為Journal of biomedical nanotechnologyJournal of drug target等雜志的審稿人。主要講授課程:《中藥藥劑學》、《新藥研究與開發》、《高分子材料》、《科研基礎》與《形式與政策》等。獲哈醫大優秀教師、大慶市火炬突擊手、哈醫大優秀黨員等多項榮譽稱號。
